1. Clearly like most similar organisations in the field of executive recruitment WTC is primarily client driven. However, WTC recognises and values the symbiotic relationship that exists and evolves between the three parties involved - candidate, client and WTC.

2. As and when appropriate WTC frequently offers candidates free advice, direction and counsel as to market conditions, CV presentation and career guidance.

3. All candidate applications are responded to no matter what their source. Where a candidate has responded by email then the response is also usually by email.

4. Applications to advertised assignments - whether via newspaper or websites - will be responded to within four weeks. In reality most are responded to within 7-14 days.
