What We Offer

During the programme, Associates will benefit from comprehensive training including interview and assessment skills, sales training and training within our market sector.

The graduate programme will initially focus on candidates – speaking and meeting with them to understand what they are looking for in their next job in Human Resources and then matching their requirements to the open jobs we have.  Once you have got to grips with the candidates, you will begin to focus on clients.  We encourage associates to attend client visits with their team members to gain an insight into client recruitment needs.

Throughout the programme, Associates will focus on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, working on assignments and receiving training, guidance and feedback to enable them to become a fully accomplished Consultant.

We pride ourselves on our blend of external, formal and ‘on-the-job’ training.  Associates are assigned a mentor when they join to support them through the programme and meet regularly to discuss progress throughout the Graduate programme.  Mentors are experienced consultants who can provide advice based on their experience.  Associates are encouraged to work closely with their team members who can help and provide assistance during the programme and beyond to help realise the Associate’s potential.
