Our Selection Process

For our Spring 2008 intake the recruitment process is as follows:

CV and Application Form

To apply candidates should complete the application form and submit their CVs

Telephone interview

Once we receive applications, short-listed candidates will be invited for a telephone interview

 

November - December 2007

Assessment Day

Successful candidates will be invited to our offices for an assessment afternoon. The assessment will involve an interview, two group exercises and a short presentation. It will be followed by informal drinks where you will be able to meet and speak to the Digby Morgan team

 

2nd week of January 2008

4

Final interview

At the final interview stage you will meet with the Company Directors

 

3rd week of January 2008
