Leading a team of Negotiators, your specific areas of responsibility will cover IT, Corporate Services & Facilities, Marketing, HR and Ancillary Revenue business streams.

Responsibilities
Reporting to: Head of Procurement
- Create and deliver supply strategies including supply base rationalisation.
- Develop characteristics of preferred suppliers including recognition of risk profiles.
- Develop mid-term action plans for specific business areas.
- Manage the sourcing, tender process, supplier selection and negotiation of contracts that achieve optimum commercial terms.
- Directly own and manage relationships with significant suppliers, supporting line managers in their day-to-day communications.
- Maintain an awareness of latest buying techniques and theories, developing their application within the business.
- Deliver processes, tools and expertise to support line management in achieving continuous improvement through all processes.
- Implement supplier management policies to ensure consistent practice and develop strong supplier relationships.
